In today’s blog, I would like to share with you three key secrets that are fundamental to creating powerful connections in your work and business so that you can ultimately achieve the dream opportunities that you want and a business by design that truly fulfils you.
These secrets will help you to open doors, land partnerships, cultivate joint ventures and ultimately get you clients and sales.
This year started with a HUGE personal win with my first ever article ‘The 4 rules to break for real career success’ featured in Forbes! Even more exciting is that it has been viewed almost 9,000 times since.I am a huge believer that success is by design. Funnily enough, it was only when I intentionally shifted the goal of getting featured in Forbes from my wish-list to my to-do list that it actually happened (and surprisingly fast). As with everything, of course – it came down to asking for the opportunity (and realising that it was not just going to land in my lap). The path to purpose and passion is rarely smooth but I hope this inspires you to own your brilliance, dare to dream, and create your own route to success (regardless of the naysayers)!
So we obviously have a huge opportunity to look ahead and think about what we want to be different in a whole new year and what changes we might want to make for 2019!
Many of you may have started the year by setting New Year’s resolutions. In this video today I want to talk about why making New Year’s resolutions is a complete waste of time and what to focus on instead.
Without a doubt, 2018 was my hardest and most rewarding year to date – in life and in business. I spent the majority of the year on maternity leave following the birth of my daughter Ella Rose, so sitting down to write this I did initially think -eek, have I really accomplished all that much in my business? This year I’ve had to make some BIG adjustments whilst becoming a mother, alongside a business owner, and with family far away on the other side of the world. But when I reflect on everything 2018 has brought, there are some really important highs and lows that have BOTH shaped me and helped me grow, and I feel I owe it to you all to share these honestly and vulnerably in the hope that these lessons will support you too.
Sharing the 5 key things that have helped me create a part-time 6 figure business from scratch – including this year despite me being on maternity leave. I’m not about the fancy marketing tactics or complex funnels that keep you trapped in procrastination and tinkering around on your websites! It can be so much simpler than you think and I hope this inspires you.
